Is there any other skill trainer except in Ascalon City?Where is he,and is he near Diessa Lowlands?

there is skill trainers in towns & some outposts, i guess next one is at grendich courthouse or piken square, then comes Yak's bend

you have a skill trainer in Grendich Courthouse in Diessa Lownlands, but it doesn't have many skills available, if your looking for a specific skill i suggest you unlock the skill 1º using balthzar faction
